Terms of service

What this is

Refactor Studio watches public Kick streams and turns big moments into clips, posted to the Discord you choose, with optional edits, captions and reels.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Connect only channels you own or have permission to clip. Gambling content is for adults; follow Kick's rules and the laws where you and your viewers are.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work hard to catch every big moment and get every number right, but we cannot promise to catch every one, and a number can be wrong. Check a clip before you rely on its numbers. The service may pause for maintenance or when Kick or Discord are down.

Your content

Your stream and your clips are yours. You let us record your public stream and make and post clips of it for you. We may use clips from public streams to improve the service.

Plans and payment

A plan runs for the period you pay for or the length of a trial. It does not renew by itself: you pay again to continue. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will sort it out.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, share an account, or use it to post content you have no right to post. We can pause or close an account that does.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version; big changes will be announced on the site.
